Isocetyl Stearoyl Stearate. GLTEST® SSIC by Guangdong Goodlight New Material Technology is an emollient, lipophilicity thickener and viscosity control agent. It also acts as an excellent pigment dispersant and powder binder. It improves the skin feel of pigmented formulations and gives finished powders a silky texture.
