UV Cut ZnO-50-W

Zinc Oxide (and) Glycerin (and) Sodium Polyacrylate (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Xanthan Gum (and) Chlorphenesin (and) Aqua. UV Cut ZnO-50-W by Grant Industries is 50% dispersion of ultrafine ZnO in water. Offers both UVA (320-400nm) and UVB (280-320nm) protection. Suitable for use in o/w type emulsions where a large amount of water is required in the outer phase to offer a light, cooling feel. UV Cut ZnO-50-W has high transparency on skin, and excellent photo-stability and provides most efficient UVA protection in addition to UVB shielding effect. O/W emulsions are of particular interest for daily-wear with sun shielding function due to the characteristics of being less oily and very breathable for skin. UV Cut ZnO-50-W is also used in sun care, skin care, color cosmetic and hair care formulations.
