Coco-Caprylate/Caprate (and) Dimethiconol (and) Coconut Alkanes. Gransil VL-15 by Grant Industries acts as an emollient. It is a blend of 15% of a super-high viscosity dimethiconol silicone with an Ecocert approved vegetable-derived coconut alkanes and coco-caprylate/caprate solvent/emollient. It provides exceptionally silky, long lasting feel. It can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, and anhydrous systems. Gransil VL-15 can be added to the oil phase of all emulsion types.
