Water (and) Glyceryl Polyacrylate (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Hydrolyzed Silk (and) PVM/MA Copolymer (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin. GranDerm Silk Peptide by Grant Industries is a silk peptide complex with polymeric moisturizers of glyceryl polyacrylate and poly(vinylmethylether/maleic anhydride) (PVM/MA). Interconnected polymeric network features a strong water retention and lubricious function on the skin and hair. Forms a transparent film to help prevent alkaline damage, along with improving natural shine, flexibility and softness. Provides moisturizing aesthetics and functionality to formulations. Can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, and water systems. It is added to the water phase of all emulsion types. Moreover, it is salt sensitive in some formulas, preferentially used in non-ionic systems. GranDerm Silk Peptide is used in skin care, body care and spa formulations.
