Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Stearoxymethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer (and) Dimethicone. GI CD-10 by Grant Industries is a volatile, high viscosity elastomer dispersion in cyclopentasiloxane (D5). It provides enhanced aesthetics to formulations and acts as stable delivery vehicle for active materials. It delivers excellent non-tacky, non-oily, smooth characteristics. It is a stable delivery vehicle for active materials. Its elastomer network offers sebum absorption and control. It helps in transforming into matte appearance with powdery after feel. It can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, and anhydrous systems. It is dispersible in a variety of oils. GI CD-10 is used in skincare, color cosmetic, sun care and hair care formulations.
