Non-neutralized, anionic acrylic polymer. Plascize L-53 by GOO Chemical acts as a film former, fixative, texturing agent and water-proofing agent. It provides texture to shampoos, conditioners and body soaps. Plascize L-53 is water soluble but only after neutralization. It finds application in formulating aerosol spray, mousse, mist, hair wax and treatment conditioner. Complies with ISO9001 & 14001.
