Hydreïs™

Hydrolyzed Beta-Glucan (and) Aqua. Hydreïs™ by Givaudan acts as a moisturizing/hydrating, regenerating/repairing/revitalizing and anti-aging agent. It is produced from an exotic bacteria strain from martinique found in a soil subject to extreme hydric stresses.

• The strain produces an exopolysaccaride (EPS) able to maintain organic stocks and water content.
• It is obtained by selective hydrolysis of the EPS.
• It contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as a preservative.
• It repairs the cutaneous structure and barrier and restores skin hydration.
• It stimulates the synthesis of filaggrin, an essential protein for stratum corneum structure, precursor of the natural moisturizing factors (NMF).
• It boosts the synthesis of aquaporin-3, essential channels for water homeostasis.
• It is used in intense moisturizing care, repairing cream, care for damaged and sensitive skin and anti-aging cream.
