Phytomulse® Coconut by Formulator Sample Shop is a high performance emulsifier, moisturizing agent, antioxidant, aesthetic enhancer and stabilizer. It is a blend of non-ionic surfactants. Stabilizes emulsion formulations that have a high oil phase with the combination of key surfactants and the formation of unique liquid crystals, like solutions containing 30% oil or more in an o/w emulsions. It is rich in medium chain triglycerides (MCT) which allows easy integration with the body and seamless assimilation on the skin. It contains vitamin E which protects the body from environmental stresses, thus promoting smooth skin, silky hair and healthy scalp. It is rich in polyphenols, including gallic acid which has age fighting abilities. It improves the sensorial aesthetics of a formulation and increases the spreadability from initial contact through complete absorption. Also reveals an elegant, soft sensation that persists for hours after applying the product and provides a luxurious, shiny appearance on the skin. It does not require the use of additional stabilizing or gelling agents. It is compatible with a wide range of emollients including natural oils, silicones, esters and hydrocarbons. It increases opacity, viscosity & emolliency as well as enhances hydration & barrier function. It also improves final formulations stability by increasing freeze resistance and reducing water evaporation. It can be used with polymeric, thickening agents, natural gums and other viscosity modifiers and stabilizers. Phytomulse® Coconut is used in skin-, nail and hair care cosmetics.
