Phytomulse® Almond

Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Glyceryl Stearate (and) Almondeth-20. Phytomulse® Almond by Formulator Sample Shop is a high performance emulsifier, antioxidant, moisturizing & rejuvenating agent, aesthetic enhancer and stabilizer. It is a blend of non-ionic surfactants. It stabilizes emulsion formulations having a high oil phase, with the combination of key surfactants and the formation of unique liquid crystals like solutions containing 30% oil or more in an o/w emulsions. It contains antioxidants (vitamin E) and a variety of phytochemicals. It contains almond oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), known to improve skin barrier function and hydration. It improves the sensorial aesthetics of a formulation and increases the spreadability from initial contact through complete absorption. Also reveals an elegant, soft sensation that persists for hours after applying the product and provides a luxurious, shiny appearance on the skin. It does not require the use of additional stabilizing or gelling agents. It is compatible with a wide range of emollients including natural oils, silicones, esters and hydrocarbons. It increases opacity, viscosity & emolliency and imparts aesthetically pleasant, full-bodied texture, satiny-smooth rub in, sinuous end feel. Enhances hydration and barrier function. Also improves final formulations stability by increasing freeze resistance and reducing water evaporation. Phytomulse® Almond is used in skin and hair care cosmetics.
