Evicare® complex 12

Sodium Phytate. Evicare® complex 12 by Evident Ingredients is a water-soluble, readily biodegradable protecting agent. It is a natural substitute for EDTA. It traps undesired metal ions that accelerate oxidation and helps to protect sensitive materials in cosmetic products. In emulsions, it supports antioxidants by removing metal ions that catalyze oxidation processes. In surfactant-based products, it helps to increase foam volume. Evicare® complex 12 makes water softer and helps to boost foam in shampoos & cleansing products, by removing magnesium and calcium.
