PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. EsteCare 21-BN by Esteem Industries is a water soluble emollient and conditioning agent. It is also used as a solubilizer for perfume oils and as an emulsifier in creams and lotions. It is used in shampoos, body washes and skin cleansers. EsteCare 21-BN is recommended for baby-, sun- and hair care, bath and shower products.
