Propylene Glycol, Benzyl Alcohol and Quaternium-80. PEL-FIX™ 123 by Elé Corporation acts as a solvent fixative and conditioning agent. It is a quaternary functional polydimethylsiloxane. It fixes water soluble and cationic dyes, suitable for semi-permanent and temporary hair colors. It shows uniform deposition of colors on the surface of each strand of hair, even damaged hair. Moreover, it allows the dyes to penetrate deeply into the hair shaft and improves substantivity. PEL-FIX™ 123 finds application in formulating hair colors. Meets TSCA, SARA 313, Canadian DSL, WHMIS, EINECS, AICS, KECI and IECSC. It has a shelf-life of 24 months.
