Xylitol T

Xylitol (=98.5%). Xylitol T by Ecogreen Oleochemicals is a protective agent. Xylitol is produced by catalytic hydrogenation of the pentahydric alcohol xylose. It is a standard quality spray dried product. It is stable up to temperatures of 180 °C and is water soluble. It prevents tooth decay and also reduced creation of plaque. Offers high level of protection against tooth decay. It is relatively stable, at low & high pH and did not undergo any Maillard reaction (browning reaction). It shows preserving effect at higher concentrations. Xylitol T is used in dental care products, care chewing gums, toothpaste and mouthwashes.
