Sorbitol TFF

Sorbitol. Sorbitol TFF by Ecogreen Oleochemicals is a protective agent, thickener and humectant. Sorbitol is a hexavalent sugar alcohol and is derived from the catalytic reduction of glucose. It is a very fine grained spray dried product. It lends consistency and prevents tooth decay.

• Also prevents suspensions, tinctures and medicinal liquors from drying out.
• Provides smooth and creamy texture.
• It is stable up to temperature of 180°C.
• It is relatively stable, at low & high pH and did not undergo any Maillard reaction (browning reaction).
• Shows preserving effect at higher concentrations.
• Sorbitol TFF is used in creams, ointments, emulsions, dental care products, care chewing gums, toothpaste and mouthwashes.
