HEDIONE®

HEDIONE® by DSM-Firmenich is a non-GMO, biodegradable, synthetic, perfumery ingredient produced by green synthesis. It has an elegant, transparent floral, jasmine note with a citrus freshness. It develops a beautiful natural smoothness and radiance in a wide range of perfume types. It is an indispensable material for the perfumer. Besides use in jasmine and its family of florals, it gives original effects in virtually all fragrance types. It is normally used at a concentration of between 2 and 15%, but can be used at levels of 35% and above. It contains 0.04% of BHT as stabilizer. HEDIONE® shows tenacity for 2 weeks on a smelling strip. It is used in fine fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. It is EcoIngredient Compass™, Kosher, and Halal certified.
