Polyquaternium-67. SoftCAT™ SX 1300X by Dow acts as a conditioning agent. It promotes smooth, sleek-looking hair and provides increased deposition of silicone and fragrances over other conditioning polymers. It offers maximum wet/dry conditioning, improves manageability of frizzy, unruly hair and controls volume. It can be used with or without silicones, enables clear formulations and is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. SoftCAT™ SX 1300X finds application in formulating 2-in-1 shampoos and conditioners.
