SoftCAT™ SX 1300H

Polyquaternium-67. SoftCAT™ SX 1300H by Dow is a conditioning agent. It enables the optimized delivery of actives to the hair. It offers maximum wet/dry conditioning, improves manageability of frizzy, unruly hair and controls volume. It promotes smooth, sleek-looking hair and provides increased deposition of silicone and fragrances over other conditioning polymers. It can be used with or without silicones and allows clear formulations. It is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. SoftCAT™ SX 1300H finds application in formulating 2-in-1 shampoos and conditioners.
