It is a silicone amino elastomer emulsion with unique cross linked structure. It is water-based and easy to formulate into hair-care products. It provides excellent styling properties such as curl retention, memory and definition. Moreover, it offers bounce, wet & dry combing, better flexible hold, smoothness and minimal residue feel on the hair. It controls frizz, repairs hair and protects color. It is preserved with benzyl alcohol and phenoxyethanol. DOWSIL™ CE-7081 Smart Style finds application in formulating leave-in & rinse-off conditioners and styling products (mousses, gels, creams and sprays). Complies with KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS, DSL, AICS and NZIoC. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
