It offers enhanced spreadability and fragrance retention. It also provides clear, soft to hard silicone gels and water-in-oil & water-in-silicone emulsions. It also offers low odor products and novel delivery form for non-polar and polar ingredients. DOWSIL™ BY 11-030 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, skin care and sun care products.
