Hydroxyethylcellulose. CELLOSIZE™ Hydroxyethyl Cellulose PCG-10 Europe by Dow is a non-associative, non-ionic, cold processable, thickener. It is a medium molecular weight cellulosic polymer is compatible over a wide pH range, delivering pseudo-plastic rheology to end-use products. It is rapidly dispersible in cold water.
- Its benefits include foam stability, excellent salt /electrolytes tolerance and improved emulsion stability.
- It provides highest degree of solution clarity and inherent, primary biodegradability.
- It can be used in personal care formulations within a range of pH 3 to 10. It is designed for use in rinse-off and leave-on conditioners, conditioning shampoos and hair relaxers.
- It is suitable for color cosmetics, body washes, hair dyes and skin cleansers.
- CELLOSIZE™ Hydroxyethyl Cellulose PCG-10 Europe is used in lotions, serums, hair styling gels, facial and body moisturizing gels/ serums.
