Potassium Cetyl Phosphate. WeylCare® CetylP distributed by DKSH is a high-end, versatile, flexible-to-use, highly effective O/W emulsifier with a velvety feel. It is produced from mass-balanced starting materials and is derived naturally according to ISO 16128.

• This cost-effective, EO- & halogen-free, ingredient is similar to naturally occurring phospholipids.
• It delivers powerful stabilization of complex formulations for high loads of emollients, UV filters and pigments even at low dose rates.
• This easy to formulate ingredient imparts moisturization and excellent skin feel.
