Polyquaternium-49. Plascize L-440W distributed by DKSH is an amphoteric and cationic acrylic resin. It is a water-based polymer with carboxy-betaine which gives amazing smoothness to silicone-free shampoos both in washing and in rinsing. It prevents static electricity. Plascize L-440W is used in conditioner, styling water and hair wax.
