Sodium Levulinate (and) Potassium Sorbate (and) Aqua. Cosphagard® Pol distributed by DKSH is a non-GMO, antimicrobial, conditioning agent and preservative blend. It provides full-spectrum antimicrobial protection against bacteria, yeasts and molds.
  • It is a cost-efficient mixture of potassium sorbate and the naturally derived multifunctional sodium levulinate.
  • It is used to replace preservatives like parabens, MIT, triclosan, formaldehyde separators.
  • It can be used for any cosmetic formulation type except purely oil-based formulations.
  • It is suitable for water based, O/W, W/O and surfactant based skin- and hair care formulations.
  • It is used in color care, soap and bath, spa and wellness products.
  • Cosphagard® Pol is Vegan suitable, COSMOS and NARUE approved, Halal and Ecocert certified.
  • It is available in United States.
