Aluminum Hydroxide (and) Cellulose (and) Titanium Dioxide. CELLULOBEADS D-10 (Ti-33) by Daito Kasei Kogyo acts as texturizing agents. They are 10μm spherical cellulose beads. They are hydrophilic microspheres made of cellulose which have a high capacity to absorb moisture. It provides a ball bearing effect, which will impart finished products with increased payoff and an elegant silky texture.
- It enhances slip and promotes better blendability on the skin and a more natural finish.
- It scatters light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin, while letting enough light through so the look of the skin is natural.
- It provides a non-tacky, velvety or powdery after-feel ("cream-to-powder" texture).
- CELLULOBEADS D-10 (Ti-33) is used to absorb and deliver oils, and as volumizers for mascaras.
- It is Ecocert and COSMOS certified.
