Isotridecyl Isononanoate (and) Sodium Polyacrylate (and) Trideceth-6. ViscOptima™ LV by Croda is a multifunctional anionic rheology modifier. It thickens up to 65,000 cPs at 2%, auto-emulsifies up to 20% oil or silicone. It is derived from petrochemical and adds exceptionally light and dry aesthetics to a formulation. This preservative-, EDTA- and BHT/BHA-free ingredient is suitable for sensitive skin applications. ViscOptima™ LV is used in bath, shower & soaps, rinse-off conditioners, hair relaxing/permanent waves, shampoos, styling, body-, eye contour-, face/neck skin- & lip care and hair color products. Also, used in light O/W milks, lotions and creams via hot and cold processes, where formulations can be pumpable or sprayable.
