PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate. Tween™ 28 by Croda is a cleansing agent, solubilizer, mild o/w emulsifier, surfactant and dispersing agent. It provides environmental protection with high HLB. As it is nonionic in nature, it is compatible with both anionic and cationic surfactants.
It provides wetting benefit to promote smooth spreading.
- It is used in conjunction with other mild thickeners for baby shampoos.
- Tween™ 28 is suitable for bath, shower and soaps, shampoos, conditioner, hair treatment and shaving/hair removal formulations.
