Tioveil™ 50 FCM

Alumina (and) Aluminum Stearate (and) C12-15 Alkyl benzoate (and) Cyclomethicone (and) Polyhydroxystearic Acid (and) Titanium Dioxide. Tioveil™ 50 FCM by Croda is an inorganic UV filter. It provides high SPF efficacy and is less whitening on skin than conventional sunscreen grades of titanium dioxide.

• It forms homogeneous dispersions and features a hydrophobic coating, functioning as an inorganic physical sunscreen with broad-spectrum UV activity.
• With a hydrophobic surface treatment, it offer enhanced skin feel and water resistance.
• It offers long-lasting UV protection, is mild and safe for use, and works synergistically with organic sunscreens.
• With a narrow particle size distribution, it is easy to process and improves dispersibility and skin feel.
• It effectively absorbs and scatters both UVA and UVB light, does not degrade or oxidize, and is suitable for use on babies and sensitive skin.
• Additionally, it provides improved transparency without compromising sun protection.
• It is suitable for cold processing formulations.
