Liquiwax™ PolyIPL

Stearyl/PPG-3 Myristyl Ether Dimer Dilinoleate (and) Beeswax. Liquiwax™ PolyIPL by Croda is a rheology/viscosity modifier, skin conditioning and spreading agent. It is a novel, high molecular weight polymeric ester that provides emolliency and cushion to the skin. In skin care applications, it gives a luxurious feel to lotions or creams, as the formula appears to melt on the skin, truly feeling like butter when rubbed out. This synthetic replacement for isopropyl lanolate has low melting point gives formulas a sensorial melting when applied to the skin, making it ideal for hot pour formulations such as lipsticks or pan make-ups. It offers gloss, shine, vibrancy, hydrating, moisturizing, nourishing, calming, soothing, anti-redness and hair color fade properties. Liquiwax™ PolyIPL is used in body & eye contour care, eye-, face- & lip color, eye contour care, face/neck skin care, lip care and sun protection formulations.
