It causes microbial membranes to lose their permeability, leading to the leakage of cell contents resulting in the loss of energy generated by electron transport, thereby achieving a preservative effect. It primarily inhibits bacteria, with weaker inhibition against fungi. Cosroma® FFJF-017 is recommmended for facial care and body care applications.
