Salvia Hispanica Seed Oil. Chiaprotect Skin by Cobiosa acts as an anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-redness, anti-wrinkle, antioxidant, moisturizing, anti-irritant and soothing agent. It is extra-virgin oil extracted by cold pressure from the seeds of salvia hispanica. It is the richest botanical source of omega 3 fatty acid (63%). It contains phytosterols, flavonoids, phenolic acid, tocopherols (vitamin E, especially ?-tocopherol) and other poly-phenolic antioxidants like myricetin, caffeic acid and kaempferol quercetin. It is preservative-free and liposoluble. It has skin calming and anti-redness effect, reducing inflammation in eczematous, itching and uncomfortable skin.
