PPG-5-Ceteth-20. Sensotain™ EP 6205 by Clariant is a water soluble surface active emollient with excellent solubilizing and wetting properties. It can be used as a nonionic emulsifier or a co-emulsifier. It functions as an anti-static and conditioning agent imparting softness and shine to hair. It acts as a plasticizing and de-tackifying agent promoting pleasant aesthetics with-out affecting performance.
  • It is highly beneficial in shampoo systems to promote weightless volume hair conditioning.
  • It is compatible with most high-performance film formers commonly used in hair fixative formulations.
  • It provides emollient, luxurious skin feel and can effectively solubilize oils and fragrances in such cleansing systems.
  • Sensotain™ EP 6205 is recommended for creams and lotions.
