Ethylparaben (100%). Nipagin® A 200 mesh by Clariant is a short-chain paraben preservative. It exhibits low order of toxicity, effectiveness at low concentrations and a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria and fungi.
  • It has stability over a broad pH-range and global acceptance in personal care applications.
  • It shows good biodegradability at environmental concentrations.
  • It is used in hair conditioners, color cosmetics, antiperspirants & deodorants, bar- and liquid soaps.
  • Also used for shampoos, showers, sun protection and hair styling products.
  • Nipagin® A 200 mesh is recommended for wet wipes, syndets, creams and lotions.
