Cetyl Acetate (and) Oleyl Acetate (and) Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol. Profilm by Chemyunion is an emollient with fine texture and dry touch, and functions as a conditioning agent, co-solvent of fats and oils. It is a product derived of the acetylation reaction of fatty acids and lanolin alcohol. It reduces stickiness and gives light & silky touch. It improves spreadability of creams, lotions and oils. It provides lubrication, hydration and luminosity to the hair fiber. It has solvent properties that aid in the addition of fragrances. Profilm is suitable for use in sunscreens, antiperspirant, make-up & nail polish removals, conditioners, hair masks and leave-on products.
