Bentonite. GELWHITE® -H by BYK is a high-purity rheology additive based on carefully selected natural bentonite. It is a thixotropic gelling agent in aqueous systems with excellent anti-settling and stabilizing properties. It is obtained from selectively mined, extremely pure mineral deposits by means of a unique process providing unequalled high purity, whiteness and brightness.
  • It is purely inorganic and stable against diluted acids and bases.
  • It is highly compatible with anionic and nonionic surfactants.
  • Gels produced with it are resistant to oxidation and microbial degradation.
  • Recommended for creams & lotions, sunscreen products, antiperspirants, facial masks, bath & shower gels, liquid makeup, blush, eye makeup, hair care and styling products.
  • GELWHITE® -H is COSMOS, Ecocert and Natrue approved.
