Iscaguard® BSB

Benzyl Alcohol (and) Benzoic Acid (and) Sorbic Acid. Iscaguard® BSB by ISCA UK and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in UK, Ireland and Poland is a paraben-, thiazolinone- & formaldehyde-free, preservative blend. It offers protection against bacteria, yeasts, molds and fungi. It is a blend of organic acids in benzyl alcohol. It is suitable for formulations with acidic pH. It is permitted for use with most Eco labels (such as Ecocert). Iscaguard® BSB is recommended for shampoo & shower gel (rinse-off), creams & lotions (leave-on), O/W- & W/O emulsions, wet wipes, eye-, lip- & oral care and children under 3.
