It functions to provide emulsification and instant long lasting moisturization to the skin through delayed release of emollient almond oil and vitamin E. It provides sustainable emulsions with a luxurious after feel. It is mainly used in premium personal care and unscented skin care. Hydresia® Dulce is Ecocert Natural and NPA approved.
