An ingredient formed from the reaction of Panthenol with a highly reactive silicone (methyl polysiloxane). Used in hair care and skin care products. Acts as a conditioning agent, a delivery system for natural pigments, specifically on the hair and as a moisturizer. Posesses soothing, repairing, strenthening and softening properties. Offers characteristics such as shine while reducing split ends, flexibility, elasticity, and luster, polymerization activity, high substantivity, manageability, vitality, combability, and no build up.
