BioButter® Shea Refined

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter). Acts as an anti-aging active. It is a processed and refined vegetable fat derived from the seeds of the shea (butyrospermum parkii) tree. Has smooth and creamy texture. Its contains fatty acids: palmitic acid (3-5%), stearic acid (40-45%), oleic acid (43-47%) and linoleic acid (5-8%). Due to its high content of unsaponifiables (up to 17%), Shea Butter draws its traditional properties: protection of the skin against weather, sun, photoaging and elimination of superficial irritations. It is well known to assist cutaneous dryness, dermatitis, dermatoses, eczema, solar erythema and superficial burns. Used in creams, lotions, balms.
