PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. CREMOPHOR® RH 40 by BASF is a non-ionic multipurpose solubilizer and emulsifying agent. It is suitable for aqueous cosmetic preparations.
- It is used to solubilize ethereal oils, perfume compositions, vitamins, and hydrophobic active substances in aqueous-alcoholic and purely aqueous solutions.
- CREMOPHOR® RH 40 is used in liquid soaps, after-sun, sun protection, self-tanning, baby care & cleansing, body-, face-, and color care products.
- It is also used in face cleansing, personal care wipes, shampoos, toothpaste & mouthwash, antiperspirants & deodorants and shower & bath products.
