Docosane. Jarcane™ 22 by aurorium acts as a solvent, texture improver, viscosity modifier, moisturizer, non-oily emollient, wax additive and solubilizer. It can also be used as a secondary conditioning agent in silicone-free hair care formulations. It is a high purity vegetable-derived, petroleum-free paraffin. It is made from renewable resources. It is environment-friendly and offers hydrophobic properties. It is fast absorbing grade with a light skin feel and leaves the skin normal to the touch after application. It provides improved coverage, reduced oily- & greasiness, consistency & pigment-wetting in cosmetics as well as enhanced color stability. It is silicone alternative/natural paraffin. This product is also compatible with silicones, UV filters, and lipophilic systems. Jarcane™ 22 is recommended for creams & lotions, color cosmetics, hair conditioners, shampoos, treatments and styling, deodorants, sun care creams and lotions, makeup remover, body wash and hand cleansers/soap.
