5,6-dimethyl-8-isopropenylbicyclo-[4.4.0]-1-decen-3-one. It acts as a fragrance enhancer. It has extremely powerful grapefruit aroma and is white to yellowish crystal. Also provides unique citrus top note in fragrance compositions, when combined with other citrus oils. Its applications include fragrances.
