Kemidant K

DMDM Hydantoin, Potassium sorbate, Water. Kemidant K is a complete preservative blend. It is an optimized aqueous combination with broad spectrum activity and high antimicrobial efficacy designed for the preservation of a wide range of cosmetics in the acidic pH range. It is an ideal alternative for the formulations needing to replace parabens, effective at lower levels. It is highly effective against gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, yeasts and molds in the range of pH from 3 to 6. For its high water solubility, Kemidant K is particularly suggested in aqueous formulations, surfactants-based and emulsion products. It is approved for use in EU, US, ASEAN, China, Latam.
