It is neutral, stable, soft, slightly fibrous, slightly-tacky, washable and pure. It is obtained from blending highly hydrogenated products. It glides easily and offers soft, velvety & non-tacky finish. Moreover, it provides medium oil absorption capacity, fiber ductility, texture & homogeneity, gloss, spreading and absorption. TF-L is recommended for make-up removers, hair care and massage products.
