This product provides strong hold due to the high actives level of the fixative, yet has good properties on wet hair due to the inclusion of PEG-33 and PEG-8 Dimethicone and PEG-14. This styling foam leaves hair with a long lasting hold that remains soft to the touch and free of tack (on both wet and dry hair).
