Cosmetics & Personal Care Formulations with Dispersants

This easy-to-make, cold processed Blemish Balm (BB) facial cream is formulated and stabilized with Novemer™ EC-2 Polymer. It also provides a light but cushiony break to this 5-in-1 facial cream which moisturizes, covers blemishes, brightens, helps prevent early signs of aging, and offers sun protection. Glucam™ E-20 & P-20 Humectants enhance skin hydration. This tinted moisturizer works like a foundation, but is not as thick as regular foundation to produce a natural look without clogging pores. It contains Schercemol™ DIA, NGDO & CATC Esters to disperse and provide uniform coverage of Titanium Dioxide and Mica on the skin. Performance Economy Shampoo delivers a pleasing slippery feel and combability to wet hair. Sensomer™ 10M conditioning polymer provides smooth feel and Glucamate™ LT thickener increases the viscosity of the formula without the addition of salt. Quickpearl™ EGL pearlizing agent contributes an elegant pearlescent appearance. W/Si Liquid Foundation with FADM/TTB features:

• MTM3F40T7, TiO₂ dispersion in methyl trimethicone, a non-D5 volatile silicone carrier with excellent skin feel. 
• FADM/TB dispersions showcase the versatility of TTB treated pigments as they are easily incorporated into the silicone phase. 
• SUMECTON SAN-P gives body and thickening to the oil/silicone phase. 
• KOBOGUARD^® MQ65TMF gives a flexible film and helps with the formula's wear.

This foundation contains Kobo's Natural, OD, Pigment dispersions. They contain patent pending, NJE, Natural Jojoba Ester surface treatment that enables pigment particles to be rendered hydrophobic. NJE treatment helps to balance sebum on the skin which moisturizes dry skin while easing sebum production in oily skin. NJE pigments disperse easily, give slip and adhere to skin. MSS-500W helps impart an elegant feel in application and a soft focus effect.

Dry Touch Sunscreen features:

• Kobo TNP50T7-ATB, an optimized mixture of a TiO₂ sunscreen dispersion with Kobo's SunBoost ATB™, a proprietary blend of antioxidants, anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory agents.
• TNP65MZS helps achieve SPF. 
• CARESS^® BN09, Boron Nitride gives superior softness and tactility, superb spreadability, excellent adherence, long lasting effect and good coverage. 
• Florite R (Calcium Silicate 20 -30 µm), is a high oil-absorbing powder. 
• Cellulobeads D-5 improve the feel of the formula due to their spherical shape. 
• Kobo's Composite ACZ-50 contains entrapped ZnO inside a micron size acrylates copolymer matrix. It provides UVA protection with even coverage. 
• Kobo's Composite ACT-50 is a powder containing dispersed attenuation grade TiO₂ entrapped within a micron size polymer ma.

This Light Blemish Balm Creme foundation formula contains Kobo's Titanium Dioxide Dispersion TNP50T7 to help achieve SPF, while Kobo's FAS Pigmentary Dispersions aid in providing coverage. MSS-500W gives excellent application and soft focus. Glycospheres, Gs-GT and Gs-PPY aid in skin whitening, cell turnover and acne control. SF1202 gives playtime and helps with feel, while Element14 PDMS 5-A gives slip to the formula during application.

Anhydrous Sunscreen features Kobo INQP70TMD and HBP50TMD, TiO₂ sunscreen dispersions. HBTN60ZSI, ZnO sunscreen dispersion helps achieve SPF. 

• Kobo Microsphere, BPD-500W, creates a natural blurring effect that minimizes the look of lines and wrinkles and illuminates the skin. 
• MSS-500W is a silica microsphere responsible for enhanced feel. 
• SunBoost ATB™, which contains a proprietary ratio of anti-oxidant, anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory agents, helps boost SPF and PFA. 
• CXG-1104 is a silicone elastomer that provides a silky, powdery feel without cyclics. 
• DSPCS/H-12 gives a lightweight feel and helps the formula go immediately into a powder on the skin. 
• SUMECTON SAN-P thickens and stabilizes the emulsion.

This High SPF Sunscreen uses physical sunscreens whch are considered less irritating than chemical sunscreens. This sunscreen formula uses Kobo's Non- Nano Zinc Oxide Dispersion, TNPB80MZCM and Non-Nano Titanium Dioxide Dispersion, HBP45TEL, for UVA/UVB protection. Kobo's SunBoost ATB is a booster to help increase the SPF value. MSS-500W spherical silica gives slip during application and reduces shine on the skin. The Daitosol film former helps to provide some water resistance.
