It is supplied in a pre-neutralized, ready-to-use, liquid form and it is effective over a wide pH range. It is suitable for O/W lotions, creams and butters, as well as for gels with high solvent content. It is extremely light and fast-breaking, enabling a quick absorption into the skin.
