Modified styrene acrylic emulsion anionic emulsion system. Used as a combining vehicle for flexo and gravure inks and high gloss overprint varnishes. Offers very good compatibility with polymers, rosins, resins, various organic and anorganic pigments. Provides high shearing stability, very good compatibility with alcohols, very good gloss, very good heat and block resistance, fast dry, very good wetting and leveling properties, good film properties and stability and very good anti-seal stability in overprints. WorléeCryl® 8273 by Worlee is a styrene acrylic dispersion. Offers very high gloss, fast drying and hold-out. Exhibits high heat and blocking resistance. It is suitable for formulating high gloss overprint varnishes with fast drying and good resistance properties. W´Cryl 8273 by Worlee can be combined with most acrylates from our printing ink programme. Hydroxyl group containing, styrene acrylic. Used for fast drying industrial paint and for decorative paints. Can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates. Offers very high gloss, good flow and good pigmentability. Can be pigmented with all neutral, water-free pigments and fillers. WorléeCryl® A 2230 W by Worlee is a hydroxy functional aqueous acrylic resin. Used for the production of outdoor resistant isocyanate cross-linked two component top coats with outstanding drying properties, film hardness and gloss. Thermoplastic, physically drying, low odour, soft neutral acrylic resin. Used for wall and ceiling paints, very good insulating coat for nicotine-, chimney- and water spots and for chlorine free formulations without plasticizer. Provides good application properties and good outdoor resistance to highly pigmented paints. Anionic aqueous pure acrylic emulsion. Used as a binder for parquet sealers, stains, wood, parquet lacquers and top coats for wood in combination with PU emulsions. Offers very high blocking resistance. WorléeCryl® 8545 by Worlee is APEO-free acrylic emulsion. Films produced with W´Cryl 8545 are high gloss finished and sufficient water-resistant. It is compatible with most acrylic resins. WorléeCryl® 8545 is used for the manufacture of blister lacquers. Emulsifier-free, monoethanolamine-neutralized aqueous acrylic solution. Used for flexographic and gravure printing inks and as a grinding vehicle for highly filled pigment concentrates. Offers very good compatibility with aqueous binding agents and most alkali soluble natural and synthetic resins. Provides very good pigment wetting and dispersion properties, very good colour strength and gloss development, good compatibility with most letdown resins, adhesion to wide range of substrates and water resistance after drying. Enhances flexibility of ink and coating films. Improves press cleanup. Hydroxyl group containing, acrylic resin. Used for for the coating of industrial and construction machines, earth moving machines etc and also for formulating car repair finishes. Provides very good resistance against weather and chemicals. Can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates. WorléeCryl VP A 3139 is a versatile polyester modified acrylic resin. Exhibits very good levelling, high brilliance, good hardness properties and excellent QUV-resistance. Shows crosslinking with polyisocyanates. Suitable for high solids and ultra-high solids systems. Applications include high quality industrial lacquers and car repair finishes. Complies with REACH, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
