WARADUR® OZN by Voelpker is a refined, very hard montan wax (fossil plant wax), consisting of esters of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C16–C30). Acts as a high-performance lubricant. It is partially saponified. Can be used for solvent-borne dispersions. WARADUR® OZN is recommended for polishes, especially pastes. It is incorporated with emulsifier. WARADUR® LGE can be used for solvent-borne dispersions. Recommended for emulsion polishes for floor and leather. WARADUR® LS by Voelpker is a refined, very hard montan wax (fossil plant wax), consisting of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C16–C30). Acts as a high-performance lubricant. Can be used for solvent-borne dispersions. WARADUR® LS is recommended for coatings for paper, wood, textiles and car polishes. WARADUR® ESL by Voelpker is a refined, very hard montan wax (fossil plant wax), consisting of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C16–C30). Acts as a high-performance lubricant. WARADUR® ESL can be used for water-borne pastes and polishes. Recommended for paper and film coatings as well as coatings for citrus fruit. WARADUR® OP by Voelpker is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. It is made from a fossil biological source. The corresponding esters exhibits chain length in the range of C58-C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates. The maximum shelf life is 5 years. In a test for ready biodegradability WARADUR® OP showed 22% biodegradability, which can be considered as indication for inherent primary biodegradability, according to OECD (2006). Recommended for polishes, especially pastes. WARADUR® E by Voelpker is a refined, very hard montan wax (fossil plant wax), consisting of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C16–C30). Acts as a high-performance lubricant. Can be used for solvent-borne pastes polishes. WARADUR® E is recommended for car polishes. A refined, very hard montan wax (fossil plant wax), consisting of esters of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C16–C30). Acts as a high-performance lubricant. It is manufactured from natural raw montan wax under the definition of the German Pharmacopeia (Deutsches Arzneibuch) for Cera montanglycoli. Can be used for solvent-borne dispersions. Produced under a quality management system certified pursuant to ISO 9001. WARADUR® B by Voelpker is a refined, very hard montan wax (fossil plant wax), consisting of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C16–C30). Acts as a high-performance lubricant. It is partly esterified. Can be used for solvent-borne coating systems. WARADUR® B is recommended for coatings for paper, wood and furniture, textiles. Also used in car polishes.
