Lysopac Orange 3620C by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is an organic reddish orange benzimidazolone-based pigment. It can be used in combination with pigment red (PR 254) or pigment violet (PV 19) to produce highly durable medium red shades. It is also used in the production of lead-free formulations as a replacement for pigment red.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent light and weather fastness in full and reduced shade.</li> <li>It provides good opacity and exhibits very good resistance to solvents and heat.</li> <li>It provides nice gloss and its rheological properties enable a high pigment loading (25% to 30% based on dry resin).</li> <li>Lysopac Orange 3620C is recommended for coatings and inks applications.</li></ul>

It is a clean shade, bluish lead-free replacement for medium-grade molybdate orange.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is surface treated with good affinity in various solvent-based systems by showing good dispersibility.</li> <li>It provides good weathering resistance in mass tone, but performs poorly in white reduction, limiting its suitability for exterior applications in reduced shades.</li> <li>Lysopac Orange 3420C is used in oven and air-drying, building, and industrial paints, powder coating (indoor), and inks.</li></ul>

It can also be used in liquid paints with satisfactory dispersion stability provided that the tendency to settle, due to its high specific gravity, can be prevented by using appropriate anti-settling agents. Lysopac Yellow 6716B is recommended for coatings.
