It is an isoparaffinic solvent characterized by a high purity level, odorless, low surface & high interfacial tension and relative chemical inertness. It exhibits good solvency power towards most alkyd resins. Its offers gloss, dry to touch time, recoat time and washability. It brings good balance of properties allowing good dispersion efficiency, fast drying and low electric conductivity. It shows extremely low aromatic content, high flash point, very low pour point and high OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit). ISANE® IP 120 is suitable for decorative paints. Other recommended applications include inkjet printing products. ISANE® IP 175 by TotalEnergies is a relatively inert isoparaffinic (C11-C12) solvent. It offers high degree of purity and low surface tension. It imparts high interfacial tension, low electrical conductivity and very low pour point. It contains less than 20 ppm of aromatic compounds and less than 1 ppm of benzene. It is compatible with alkyd and polyolefinic resins. ISANE® IP 175 is recommended for odorless paints and inks for food contact materials. It complies with US FDA 21 CFR 178.3530 regulation. ISANE® IP 185 by TotalEnergies is a relatively inert isoparaffinic(C11-C13) solvent. It imparts high interfacial tension, low electrical conductivity and very low pour point. It is compatible with alkyd and polyolefinic resins. It offers high degree of purity and low surface tension. This grade contains less than 20 ppm of aromatic compounds and less than 1 ppm of benzene. ISANE® IP 185 is recommended for odorless paints and inks for food contact materials.
